Ghosts of Salem

I’ve been thinking about my upcoming book, The Ghosts of Salem, Massachusetts.

I’m also remembering my most recent book, The Ghosts of Austin, Texas.  I had far more stories than I could fit into that book.  I’m anticipating something similar as I collect “ghost stories” of Salem and vicinity.

Salem, Lynn, Danvers and Peabody, Massachusetts have rich histories and many reasons to be haunted.  It’s not just about the Witch Trials.

So, I’m going to keep an online diary as I research in and around Salem, and write the book.  I’ll include some favorite photos, and notes about the research as well as what it’s like to write books about haunted places.
